Thanksgiving at the Greenes

My mom and dad were both here together for Thanksgiving. The boys were so cute with my parents. I cut out Ben's mom (it wasn't intentional!)

It was also Ben's birthday and he decided it would be funny to smash Cameron's face into his cake. Cameron was so mad and embarrassed!

A productive member of society

I finally got a JOB!!!!! I will be working at a rehab facility about 8 miles south of my home. I am so happy!

Hope everyones doing well, crazy here, Cassies in our schools musical which is keeping her very busy, Josh has 2 games left in football season and he is doing very well, Callies got her volleyball and she is doing well. Hi Katie, Did Judy ever share Grandma's donut recipe? I have been enjoying the pictures of the boys. Is Cam still loving school? I leave tomorrow for Charlotte for a few days and then Kiawah, SC. Fun week with all my old pals and some tennis. I see it is already quite chilly in Chicago and Denver too. Guess you will all have to plan a trip south soon. Penny and Rich are coming the end of October, for just a very short stay .

Cameron's First Day of School 2009

I know it's hard to tell whether Ryan is crying because he's sad that Cameron is leaving for school or because I am making him sit next to him on the porch! This is Cameron's 2nd year of pre-school, he's 4 1/2.

Thinking of Mom/Grandma today. It has been 8 years. She knew all those young adults who were lost on 9/11 needed a wonderful grandma (our's) in heaven. Enjoy great memories of her today. XOXO

We had Torin’s 2nd B-day party on Sunday. We had a great time. His actual B-day is Wednesday September 9th.

Our Norwegian cousins, Marit and Gunnar Schie are in Minnesota now. They will be going to Florida next week to stay with Esther. I have a place next door to Esther with an extra room, so If any of you would like to visit -- Call me and we can set it up. :)

Hi all! We're anxiously awaiting Greg's return from Thailand in 6 days. We've received a few emails but haven't heard his voice since the end of June. So, this momma will be happy when we have him back home (for a few weeks, at least). Cody graduated from North Harford High School June 3rd- will post a few photos from that. He's getting ready to leave for Allegheny College on August 21st. Greg will leave for UMD at the same time.

Sierra's visit to TN

Worlds greatest park

Torin, Mormor, Dziadzia and I got to go to the coolest park yesterday!! It had water T could play in, a big sand box, and two (count 'em) two playgrounds. We had a wonderful time and spent many hours there. Here are some Pic's.

He did it!

Lissa and Michael are engaged! Michael took Lissa to Norway to visit Anders and Viva (our exchange student son) and he proposed at his great-grandfather's farm near Luten. Plans are not firm yet, teetering between May and Oct. 2010 but pretty sure the wedding will be at Big Canoe. We'll keep you posted.
